Simple Moving Average + RSI Scalping Strategy

SIMPLE FOREX STRATEGY : Moving Action + Price Action

 Timeframe: 1-hour or 4-hour

Pairs: Major pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY)

Indicators:

  • 50 EMA (Exponential Moving Average)
  • 200 EMA


Buy Setup (Bullish)

  1. Price is above 200 EMA.
  2. Price retraces and touches the 50 EMA, but does not break below 200 EMA.
  3. Look for bullish engulfing candle or strong rejection candle at 50 EMA.
  4. Enter long after confirmation candle closes.



❌ Sell Setup (Bearish)

  1. Price is below 200 EMA.
  2. Price retraces and touches the 50 EMA, but does not break above 200 EMA.
  3. Look for bearish engulfing candle or strong rejection candle at 50 EMA.
  4. Enter short after confirmation candle closes.



📉 Stop Loss & Take Profit

  • Stop Loss:
    • Just below the signal candle (for buy)
    • Just above the signal candle (for sell)
  • Take Profit Options:
    • Risk:Reward = 1:2
    • Or exit at next support/resistance zone
